This is a new residential project on the historic Venice Canals. It embodies a contemporary indoor / outdoor living approach with decks and terraces on every level, including the roof. The design maximizes the developable area of the site, and leverages the incredible Southern California weather and environment through openings enhanced by glass handrails with steel detailing.
