Santa Monica, California
4,000+ sf
A significant remodel with a new second-story addition for an existing north-of-Montana (a nice area in Santa Monica…) residence, the client’s desire was to create a home that fit their active lifestyle and would comfortably allow their extended family to visit without impacting the casual feeling of the existing space. Multiple bedroom suites, appropriately separated, lend a traditional feeling to the new family compound.
