For over 30 years, she has applied this thoughtful sensibility to a broad range of retail, commercial and residential projects, as well as public projects and exhibit designs.

In addition to her outstanding work for Addison Schierbeek Architects, which she co-founded in 1990, Su has had the opportunity to contribute her talents to a number of award-winning design teams in the Los Angeles area.

AIA, LEED® AP, NCARB[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”3/4″][vc_column_text]Jefferson is a multi-talented architect and planner with over 30 years of experience working on a wide range of highly collaborative projects, both inside and outside the industry.

This includes his role as a founding partner of CADFORCE, an innovative architecture and engineering support services company; his service as President and Chairman of the Board of Directors of railLA, a nonprofit advocacy group supporting urban transformation and sustainability through multimodal transportation; and his role as founding Board President of Ocean Charter School, an independent K-8 charter school located in West Los Angeles.

In addition to these leadership roles, Jefferson has taught design and planning at USC, UCLA, and Catholic University of America, and was chancellor of CADFORCE University for which he was running the company’s teaching and training programs in India.
